Repeat prescriptions
Order regular medication
You can request repeat prescriptions using:
- Your NHS account or NHS App
- SystmOnline
- SystmConnect
- The Medicines Order Line: 0115 855 0260, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, excluding bank holidays.
The surgery does not accept repeat-prescription orders by telephone to reception. The Medicines Order Line is a separate ordering service.
Collection and questions
Check with your nominated pharmacy when your medicines will be ready. For a non-urgent medication question, contact the practice using SystmConnect.
