Routine appointments
Request a routine appointment using SystmConnect. If you cannot use the online service, contact reception on 01283 216091 or 01283 551717 during opening hours.
GP appointments are no longer booked online through SystmOnline.
Urgent appointments
For an urgent appointment request during surgery opening hours, telephone reception or visit the surgery. Do not use an online request for urgent help.
Change or cancel an appointment
Contact reception if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
When the surgery is closed
For urgent medical help, call 111. You can also use NHS 111 online for people aged 5 and over. For a child under 5, call 111.
For a life-threatening emergency, call 999.
